Services
2.1 Scope We provide professional skincare, beauty and wellness treatments, consultations and retail products. Specific treatments, prices and availability are as described in our service menu or as otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Variations Treatments may be altered for medical, safety or practical reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any treatment if, in our professional opinion, it is not suitable for you.
Appointments and Bookings
3.1 Booking Appointments may be booked in person, by telephone, by email or through any booking system we operate. A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us.
3.2 Deposits and Prepayment Certain treatments require a deposit or full prepayment. This will be stated at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable except as set out in clause 7 (Cancellations and No-Shows).
3.3 Arrival and Late Attendance Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce treatment time. If you are significantly late we may need to reschedule or cancel the appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.
Client Consultation and Medical Disclosures
4.1 Consultation Prior to treatment you will be asked to complete a consultation and medical questionnaire. Accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information must be provided.
4.2 Medical Conditions and Contraindications You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, recent procedures (including cosmetic procedures), pregnancy, breastfeeding or other circumstances that may affect the safety or suitability of treatment. We may require written consent from a medical practitioner in some cases or refuse treatment if it is unsafe.
Consent and Treatment
5.1 Informed Consent By proceeding with a treatment you confirm you have had the opportunity to ask questions and have provided informed consent. For certain advanced treatments we may require you to sign a separate consent form.
5.2 Minors Clients under 16 years old require a parent or guardian to be present and provide written consent for treatments. For clients aged 16–17, parental consent may be required for specific treatments at our discretion.
Prices, Payments and Retail Products
6.1 Prices Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and listed in GBP. Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings except where necessary.
6.2 Payment Payment is accepted by the methods displayed at our premises or stated at booking. Payment is due at the time specified (e.g. at booking for prepayment, on the day for in‑salon services).
6.3 Retail Products Retail products are sold subject to availability. We will not accept return of opened products unless faulty. Faulty products will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
Cancellations, Amendments and No‑Shows
7.1 Your Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us. Cancellations made within the period stated at booking (typically 24–48 hours) are usually accepted without charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to the cost of the booked treatment or the loss of any deposit.
7.2 Our Cancellations We may need to cancel or reschedule due to staff illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide notice and offer an alternative appointment or refund where appropriate.
7.3 No‑Shows Failure to attend without prior notice may result in a charge of up to the full cost of the missed treatment and/or loss of deposit.
Health, Safety and Hygiene
8.1 Standards We adhere to professional health, safety and hygiene standards. Practitioners are trained and treatments are carried out in accordance with applicable guidance.
8.2 Client Obligations Do not attend if you are unwell or have contagious conditions. Inform us immediately if you develop any adverse reaction following a treatment.
Liability and Complaints
9.1 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant treatment or product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
9.2 Professional Duty Where we provide professional treatments we will exercise reasonable care and skill. We will not be responsible for adverse outcomes caused by undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare, or unrealistic expectations.
