Notice and Free Cancellation

• Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be made via phone, email, or through our booking system.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.

• Clients who do not attend their appointment (no-shows) may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.

How Charges Are Applied

• Where a charge is applied, payment will be taken using the card details provided at the time of booking or invoiced afterwards.

• The amount charged will depend on the treatment booked and the timing of the cancellation.

Rescheduling

• If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is free.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours may be treated as a late cancellation and could incur the same charges.

Late Arrival

• If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. Where the full service cannot be provided due to late arrival, you may be charged for the full treatment.

Exceptional Circumstances

• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Please contact us to discuss any exceptional situations; we will consider these on a case-by-case basis.
