  • We offer a range of treatments from advanced facials, body treatments and waxing.

  • You can book via email shown at the bottom of the Home page or by submitting the contact form.

  • We very kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling. This is so we have enough time to refill the appointment slot.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page, Instagram or email! We aim to respond quickly. Usually within one business day.

  • It is mandatory that you book a skin consultation before any microneedling treatment. This is so we can prepare your skin beforehand so you get the absolute best out of your treatments.

    All other facials will have a thorough consultation form that we go through on the day. This is to get a good picture of how your skin is preforming, what products your currently using, discuss any skin concerns and to make sure there are no contra-indictions before receiving your treatment. Safety first, skin later!

  • It is really important before your microneedling treatment (to also include exosomes and polynucleotides) that you follow the guidelines beforehand, as failing to do so will inhibit your treatment.

    An in person skin consultation is advised before booking your treatment.

  • All treatments will have appropriate aftercare protocols to follow which will be advised to you after the treatment.

  • Absolutely! We maintain and follow appropriate legislations and always conduct highest standards of cleanliness.

  • Yes, gift vouchers are available and make a perfect treat for someone special.

  • We accept cash, card, contactless payments and our gift vouchers that haven’t reached expiry.

  • At The Beauty Studio we use LYCON hot wax for all of our facial and intimate areas and Australian Bodycare tea tree strip wax for legs and arms.

    Both systems are vegan and cruelty free!

  • Under 16? You will need a legal guardian with you who will be happy to sign a consent form and attend the appointment with you.

    This does not apply to any advanced facials as we do not treat under 18’s.
